Alan Fairbairn
Alan Fairbairn est arrivé à Paris en 1985 pour suivre une formation d’acteur à l’École Jacques Lecoq. Depuis ce temps, il joue des pièces humoristiques et principalement visuelles dans des festivals du monde entier (Europe, États-Unis, Japon, Chine, Australie, Guyane…). Sa compagnie, le Théâtre Décalé, a collaboré avec plusieurs autres compagnies, notamment la compagnie belge les Primitives (Cook It! et Wash It!), la Cie Serge Noyelles (Cabaret NoNo), et plus récemment, les Matapeste (Harry et Léonard).
Il a créé plusieurs spectacles en solo : The Elasticated Man, No Joseph!, et Le Monde de Harry Stork, qu’il travaille actuellement en faire une nouvelle version. Il présente aussi des numéros en clown (Harry Stork), dans lesquels on constate une recherche constante de l’originalité et un humour penchant vers l’absurde.
Il travaille également comme acteur de cinéma et a joué d’autres styles de théâtre plus “sérieux”…

Alan Fairbairn came to Paris in 1985 to train at the École Jacques Lecoq. Since then he has performed humorous, mainly visual, generally small-scale theatre in festivals all over the world (Europe, United States, Japan, China, Australia, French Guiana…). His company, Théâtre Décalé, has collaborated with several other companies, notably the Primitives (Belgium) with Cook It! and Wash It! , the Cie Serge Noyelles (Cabaret NoNo), and more recently, Les Matapeste (Harry et Léonard).
He has created several solo shows : The Elasticated Man, No Joseph!, and The World of Harry Stork, which is currently being re-launched in a new version. He also performs several short, absurd numbers in cabaret situations.
He has also worked as an actor in cinema and in other forms of theatre.
